Frances Wellington is the mother of three, Quiniece, Yolanda, and renown Grammy nominated, R & B singer, J. Holiday. She is armed with skills that place her in great demand as an ordained minister, motivational speaker, author, and stage actress. Additionally, her gifts include poetry and songwriting, as well as teaching children with special needs.

She has performed as a stage actress, traveling four years with the stage play, Visitation as well as making other appearances in film and stage. She was recently casted for the Celebrity Mamas of Atlanta Reality Show.

She was one of the first black cheerleaders for T C Williams “The Titans” High School in Alexandria Virginia best known for the film “Remember the Titans” which starred Denzel Washington.

In her community, she volunteers once a week, teaching a Women’s Bible class at the Gwinnett County Jail. She’s also a concerned volunteer for issues involving mental illness.

As an entrepreneur, she owned her first business, Pfelt’s Hair Design in Woodbridge, Virginia 1992-1994, where she was both owner and head cosmetologist. Subsequently, she founded the Naungey Group (2000) to create educational books and products for children (See Books).

A strict advocate of health and fitness, Frances has developed a program for women in physical fitness and healthy living.
